US Secretary of State John Kerry had to work his diplomatic best in a rare meeting with Russia's President Vladimir Putin Tuesday in Sochi. Relations between their governments are at their worst point in 25 years. Rueters Poll: Republicans see Obama as Greater Threat than Putin

A third of Republicans believe President Barack Obama poses an imminent threat to the United States, outranking concerns about Russian President Vladimir Putin and Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
